Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Just make sure you're filing your weekly claims every week even while your initial claim is being processed! I made the mistake of waiting until my claim was approved and it delayed everything. You can't get paid for weeks you don't file, even retroactively.

The whole system is a joke tbh. They make it as difficult as possible and then act like they're doing you a favor. I've been waiting 5 weeks for adjudication on mine and still no word. Meanwhile bills keep coming...
