Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Yeah it did! I was skeptical at first but I really needed to talk to someone about my adjudication status and this got me connected same day.
Been through this whole process twice unfortunately. Both times I just wrote exactly what happened in simple terms - first time was 'company closed', second time was 'laid off due to budget cuts'. No problems either time. The key is being truthful because if there's any discrepancy later it can cause major headaches with your claim.

Yeah it worked for me when I needed to fix an issue with my weekly claims. Way better than the usual runaround you get trying to call directly.
The whole tax situation with unemployment is so frustrating. They don't explain any of this clearly when you first apply.
