Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Quick tip: when you call, if you press 3, then 2, then wait 5 seconds and press 1, then 4 - it bypasses some of the menu options and gets you closer to a real person. Doesn't always work but has helped me get through faster a few times.
I tried this and it just disconnected me lol. I think they change the menu options regularly to prevent these workarounds.
might depend on what time you call. works better during off-peak hours in my experience

The ny unemployment system is GARBAGE for handling fraud 🤦♂️ My cousin waited 6 months for them to fix his fraud case! What finally worked was using claimyr.com to get thru to a supervisor (not just a regular agent) who could actually help. Regular agents just read from scripts and can't do anything useful for fraud cases.
100% worth it when you consider the alternatives. I spent literally 20+ hours trying to get through on my own. Then used claimyr and had a resolution within days. Time is money ya know?

Did you make any changes to your claim recently? Like updated your address or anything? Sometimes even small changes can trigger payment holds while they verify the new info.
Nope - haven't made any changes at all. That's what's so weird. It's been working perfectly fine until now.

I had the exact same thing! It turned out to be additional weeks I qualified for based on my specific claim type and the unemployment rate in my region. But the only way I found out was by talking to someone. I spent weeks trying to get through on the phone with no luck, then used claimyr.com and got connected to someone who explained everything. Turns out I was eligible for 7 more weeks, not the full 13 the system was showing.
