Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Last bit of advice - if you ever have issues reaching Washington ESD by phone, that Claimyr service someone mentioned earlier really does work. I was skeptical at first but it got me through to an agent when I couldn't get past the busy signal for weeks.
I'm definitely going to try it, I've wasted so many hours trying to call them directly

The key thing everyone should understand is that Washington unemployment benefits max out at 26 weeks for regular UI claims. No extensions currently available like during COVID. Make sure you're using WorkSourceWA resources and networking actively - don't just rely on online applications.
