Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Don't forget about the tax implications too. Unemployment benefits are taxable income. You can have taxes withheld or pay at the end of the year.
I hadn't even thought about taxes. Should I have them withhold taxes from my benefits?
Probably a good idea unless you want a big tax bill next April. You can change the withholding setting in your eServices account.
Just be patient and keep filing your weekly claims. The money will come eventually. I know it's stressful but the system does work, just slowly.
Look into local food banks and assistance programs while you wait. Every little bit helps when money is tight.

When I couldn't get through to Washington ESD to verify my wages, I ended up using Claimyr too. Really helped me get connected quickly to check my eligibility. The phone system at Washington ESD is just terrible during busy periods.
Seems like a lot of people have used that service. I might check it out if I run into issues when I apply.
I've heard good things about it. Sometimes it's worth paying a little to avoid the frustration of calling Washington ESD all day.
File your claim online through secure.esd.wa.gov as soon as possible. There's a waiting period anyway, so don't delay just because you're unsure about qualification. The system will tell you if you're eligible.

Just a heads up - the Washington ESD website sometimes goes down for maintenance on Sunday nights, so plan accordingly when you're trying to file your claims or access your account.

Does anyone know if there's a mobile app for managing your Washington ESD account, or do you have to use the website?
There's no official Washington ESD mobile app. You have to use the website, but it's mobile-friendly so it works okay on phones and tablets.
Okay, that's what I figured. The mobile website version works well enough for filing weekly claims.
