Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. I had to contact Washington ESD about my tax withholding setup because it wasn't working properly. Used Claimyr to get through and the agent fixed it right away. Their customer service through the regular phone number is pretty much impossible to reach.
Good to know there's a way to actually reach someone when you need help. The regular phone system is a joke.

One more thing - if you move or change banks, update your info immediately. Payment delays due to wrong bank info are a nightmare to fix.

If you do get stuck in adjudication or need to talk to Washington ESD about your specific situation, I had good luck with that Claimyr service someone mentioned earlier. Sometimes you just need to talk to a real person to get things sorted out properly.
