Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Just want to add - if you ever have issues with payments or need to talk to someone at Washington ESD urgently, that Claimyr service really does work. I was skeptical at first but it saved me hours of calling. Worth checking out if you get stuck.

The whole process seems overwhelming at first but once you get into the routine of filing weekly claims it becomes pretty automatic. Just take it one step at a time and don't stress too much about making mistakes - most things can be corrected later if needed.

restaurant workers unite! lol but seriously, make sure you report any cash tips you got that weren't on your paystubs. they can verify that stuff and it could delay your claim
All my tips were reported through the restaurant's POS system, so I think I should be okay on that front.
The key is just being patient and following the process. File your weekly claims every week, do your job searches, and respond to any requests for information quickly. Most claims get approved without major issues.
