The most important thing is to keep records of everything - your notice, any calls you make, any payments you send. If this does eventually affect your credit, you'll need documentation to dispute it.
Update: I just got through to Washington ESD using one of those callback services and set up a payment plan. No mention of credit reporting as long as I stick to the payments. Feeling much better now.
Used Claimyr - worked exactly like they said it would. Got connected to an agent who was actually helpful and understanding about my situation.
Thanks for asking this question OP! I've been wondering the same thing. Sounds like 2-4am Tuesday is the general consensus for most banks.
One last thing - if your payment doesn't show up by like 10am Tuesday, that's when you should probably call Washington ESD to check on it. Earlier than that and it might just be normal bank processing delays.
And if you do need to call, definitely check out that Claimyr service I mentioned earlier. Made my life so much easier when I had payment issues
Just circling back to say that having that direct line to Washington ESD through Claimyr really made the difference for me when I had questions about my eligibility. Sometimes you just need to talk to a human to get clarity on your specific situation.
Final advice: keep records of EVERYTHING. Save confirmation numbers from your weekly claims, keep your job search log updated, save any correspondence from Washington ESD. You'll thank yourself later if any problems come up.
