Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. typical new york unemployment nonsense. been dealing with this system for too long. sometimes when you finally get through to a rep they'll tell you they can see you certified even when the system doesn't show it. their computer system is from the stone age i swear

This systems so broken that my 68 year old mother figured out how to use Twitter just to publicly complain to get the attention of our state rep after 4 months of no unemployment benefits or tax refunds 😂😭 The sad part is that actually worked!

wait hold up - does this actually work or is it just the usual BS? I've been trying for two months to get my ID verification resolved. Some phones cameras don't work with ID.me for some reason. My iPhone 7 would never pull up the camera but my friends newer Android worked fine. Try borrowing someone's phone maybe?
