Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

UPDATE: I finally got through to DEO!!! The Claimyr service actually worked - took about 35 minutes but I finally spoke to a real person. Turns out my employer had contested my claim saying I was fired for misconduct (absolutely not true - I was laid off with 15 other people). The agent was able to see that no one had contacted me for my side of the story, which is why it was stuck. She's sending it to an adjudicator today and said they should contact me within 48 hours for a fact-finding interview. She also noted the hardship with my utilities about to be shut off. Finally some progress! Will update again when I hear more.

That's great news! Make sure to gather any documentation you have about the layoff - termination letter, emails, texts, anything showing you were part of a larger reduction in force. I'm in the exact same situation! Haven't received anything since March 8th and like everyone else, my account shows "processed" but zero money in my bank account. I've called probably 30+ times and either get hung up on or told they'll "look into it" with no follow-up. Reading through all these comments gives me some hope though - going to try that payment trace option and look for the resolution form in my CONNECT inbox. I've been dealing with the exact same nightmare since March 15th! Like so many others here, my CONNECT shows "processed" but my bank account is still empty after months. Haven't received the resolution form in my inbox yet either, but I'm checking multiple times daily now. Has anyone who got their payments through the resolution initiative had any issues with the lump sum affecting their taxes or anything? You ll'still get your 1099-G showing the correct amounts for 2025.
