Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Oof, identity theft is the worst. Make sure you change ALL your passwords, especially your email. If someone has access to your email, they can reset passwords for everything else. Use a password manager if you're not already!

Anyone else notice that EDD seems to move faster when you bug them on social media? Try tweeting at them or messaging on FB. Worked for me!

Here's what worked for me when I had verification issues: 1. Double-check all your info for typos 2. Try uploading your documents again (sometimes the system glitches) 3. If that doesn't work, call and ask for a supervisor 4. Be prepared to provide additional proof of identity (I had to send in a copy of my driver's license) 5. Follow up every few days if you don't hear back It's a pain, but persistence is key. Don't give up!

idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out my employer hadn't submitted some required info on their end. Might be worth checking with your HR department to make sure they've done everything they need to do.

Pro tip: If you get a rude agent, politely ask to speak with a supervisor. Some of them don't know the updated policies and might give you wrong info.
