First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. What finally worked for me was making sure I was using the EXACT same name format that's on my Social Security card - no nicknames, middle initial vs full middle name, etc. Also try logging in super early in the morning like 6 AM when there's less traffic on the site.
