Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Pro tip: screenshot your claim submission confirmation and keep records of everything you submit to Washington ESD. Makes it easier to reference specific dates if you need to call later.
Smart advice. I did save my confirmation email but should probably be more thorough about documentation.
The waiting period for initial claims is normal but still anxiety-inducing. Focus on things you can control like keeping up with weekly claims and job search activities. The approval will come.

Agreed. The phone system is the biggest barrier to getting help with these issues.

For anyone following this thread who ends up in adjudication limbo like so many of us have, seriously consider using Claimyr to get actual answers from Washington ESD.
