If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Been reading through all these responses and wanted to add - if you do run into problems and need to reach Washington ESD, that Claimyr service people mentioned actually seems legit. I was skeptical but tried it last week when I had an adjudication question. They got me through to an agent and I was able to resolve my issue. Way better than trying to call myself.

Good to hear another positive experience with that. I'll keep it in mind if I run into issues.

seems like a lot of people have had success with it, might be worth checking out the demo video someone linked earlier

Just wanted to share my experience as someone who's been filing for about 6 months now. I started out filing Sunday nights but kept running into slow loading times, so I switched to Monday mornings around 10 AM and it's been perfect. The system runs smoothly and I'm not dealing with the Sunday rush. Plus I can take my time to double-check everything without feeling rushed. One tip that's saved me - I keep a simple note in my phone throughout the week with any job search activities so I don't have to try and remember everything when I'm filling out the claim.

I used Claimyr last month when I had a similar issue (though mine was stuck in adjudication, not $0 payments). Got through to ESD in about 2 hours instead of days of redial hell. The agent told me they've been having database synchronization problems since their February system update. Some approvals aren't properly connecting to the payment system. They had to manually fix something on the backend for mine to start processing correctly.

That sounds exactly like what might be happening with mine - some kind of system glitch. I'm going to try Claimyr tomorrow since multiple people are recommending it. At this point I just need to talk to a human at ESD who can look at my specific account.

Anyone get a resolution to this? I'm having the EXACT same problem now and panicking. Approved for benefits but every weekly claim shows $0 paid.

UPDATE: I finally got through to ESD using the Claimyr service people recommended here. Turns out there was an employer protest that wasn't showing up in my online account! My former employer claimed I quit instead of being laid off. The ESD agent was able to see this in their system even though it wasn't showing in my eServices account at all. They're expediting my case now and said I should see payments within 3-5 business days. So relieved to at least know what was happening! Definitely recommend trying to speak with an actual agent if you're having the same issue.

@Zainab Khalil Same thing happened to me about 6 months ago! In my case it was actually a wage "protest from" my previous employer that wasn t'visible in the online portal. They disputed the wages I reported which froze all payments at $0 even though my claim was approved. "Had" to get through to an actual ESD representative who could see the behind-the-scenes issue and resolve it. The Claimyr service that others mentioned really does work - took me about 90 minutes to get connected vs. literally days of failed calling attempts. Don t'give up, there s'usually a specific reason causing the $0 payments that an agent can identify and fix!

UPDATE: Money just hit my account this morning! So that was about 48 hours from when the ESD site showed 'paid' until it appeared in my bank. Thanks everyone for the reassurance and info, really helped calm my anxiety while waiting.

Great news! And now you know what to expect for future payments. Glad it worked out.

Congrats on getting your payment! This thread is really helpful for those of us who are new to the system. I'm currently waiting for my first payment too (shows paid as of yesterday) and was starting to worry. Reading everyone's experiences here makes me feel much better about the 24-48 hour timeframe. It's crazy how stressful that waiting period can be when you're depending on the money!

this happened to me back in january too. i think it happend to everyone. took like 4 extra days but the money showed up eventually. unemployment is such a pain!! but at least it pays the bills... when it finally comes through lol

Thanks for sharing your experience! Mine just came through thankfully, but good to know for future reference that these delays happen periodically.

I'm dealing with the same issue right now - filed Sunday and still showing processing. Reading through everyone's experiences here is really helpful though! It sounds like this quarterly verification delay is pretty normal, even if ESD doesn't communicate it well. I'm going to wait until Monday before trying to call, but it's good to know about that Claimyr service if I need it. Thanks everyone for sharing your situations - makes me feel less alone in this frustrating process!

Just checking back - has there been any movement on your pending payments yet? Sometimes they process a bunch of claims all at once on certain days of the week.

0 coins

Nothing yet! I just checked again this morning. Still all pending with no changes. I'm going to try calling again tomorrow. At what point should I start worrying that something is actually wrong with my claim?

0 coins

If it's been more than 10 business days since your approval letter and you've verified all your information is correct (payment method, completed weekly claims, no alerts), then it's definitely time to contact them directly. Sometimes there are processing delays that only a representative can see or resolve.

I'm going through the exact same thing right now! Got my approval letter last week but all my weekly claims are still showing pending. It's so frustrating when you're counting on that money. From reading everyone's responses here, it sounds like this delay is unfortunately pretty normal with ESD - seems like there's always some hidden processing step they don't tell you about upfront. I'm going to wait until the 10 business day mark like others suggested before trying to call. Really hoping it resolves itself before then because getting through to them on the phone sounds like a nightmare. Keep us posted on what happens with yours!
