Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. One more thing - if you do win your appeal, Washington ESD will backdate your benefits to your original claim date. So even though this process sucks, you won't lose those weeks of benefits if you're ultimately found eligible.
That's reassuring to know. At least if I win, I won't be financially penalized for their initial wrong decision.

Just remember, most payment delays do get resolved within a few days once you get the right person on the phone. Don't lose hope - your money is probably just stuck in some bureaucratic queue somewhere.

Don't let fear stop you from trying! The worst they can say is no, and you might be surprised by the outcome.
Agree with that. Even if you're not sure, it's worth filing and seeing what happens. You can always appeal if needed.

Quick reminder that if you end up getting a second part-time job while collecting partial benefits, you still need to report ALL earnings on your weekly claims. Some people think they only report earnings from their main job.

Exactly. Washington ESD can cross-reference with tax records so it's not worth trying to hide anything.
One last thing - make sure you understand the difference between being laid off completely versus having hours reduced. The requirements and processes can be slightly different even though both qualify for benefits.
In my case it's definitely hour reduction not layoff. My employer made it clear I still have my job just fewer hours due to business being slow.
Perfect - that's a straightforward partial unemployment situation. You should have no problem qualifying as long as the reduction was involuntary.

If you do need to call Washington ESD about PFML and can't get through the normal way, seriously consider using Claimyr. It saved me so much frustration and I got accurate information right away instead of guessing or relying on random internet advice.
