Hope everything works out for you! Partial unemployment really is a great safety net when you need it. And remember, if you need to reach Washington ESD for any reason, Claimyr can help you get through faster than trying to call on your own.
Hope this works out for you OP. The whole process can be stressful but it sounds like you're approaching it the right way.
This whole thread has been really helpful. I had no idea about the tax implications when I first filed for unemployment. Glad people are sharing their experiences here.
Just wanted to mention that if you're still looking for work, job search expenses can sometimes be deductible. Might help offset some of the tax burden from unemployment benefits.

Just wanted to add that if you do file again and run into any adjudication issues or delays, that Claimyr service that was mentioned earlier can help you get through to Washington ESD faster to resolve problems. I was stuck in adjudication for weeks and couldn't get anyone on the phone until I used their service.

•Good to know! I'll definitely keep that in mind if I run into any delays with my claim processing.

•Adjudication delays are so frustrating. Glad you found a way to get through to someone.

To summarize for the OP: No limit on number of claims, each claim evaluated independently, just need to meet eligibility requirements each time. You're good to file again!
