Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Oh god this is giving me anxiety - what if they ask for documentation about the childcare issues? What if my employer lies about what happened? What if they say it was misconduct when it really wasn't??

That sounds too good to be true but at this point I'm desperate. The automated system keeps hanging up on me after 30 minutes on hold.
The whole system is a joke honestly. I qualified for the maximum $504 but they reduced it to $380 because of some mysterious calculation error that nobody can explain to me. Been fighting this for months.
That's frustrating! Did you try requesting a hearing? Sometimes that's the only way to get these calculation issues properly reviewed.
