Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS RIGGED ANYWAY!! They manipulate these numbers to avoid paying extended benefits. I've been watching NYS Department of Labor statistics for years and they always find ways to keep the official rate just below trigger thresholds. Meanwhile real people are struggling to find work but don't qualify for extended help.
I mean, there might be some political considerations, but the calculations are pretty standardized across states...

THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS A JOKE! I quit because my workplace was basically a COVID breeding ground and they STILL denied my claim initially. Had to go through the whole appeal process which took months. Even with medical documentation they act like you're trying to scam them. Good luck but prepare for a fight.

Just wanted to say I'm in a similar situation at my warehouse job. Management keeps saying everything is fine but people are getting sick left and right. It's scary having to choose between your health and paying bills.
