Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Actually, that's not bad advice. Filing the claim is free and if you don't qualify under the standard base period, the system will automatically check your alternate base period. Plus you'll get a determination letter that explains exactly why you do or don't qualify, which is more specific than trying to calculate it yourself.

This whole system is ridiculous! They make it so confusing and then penalize you if you make a mistake. I had income from three different sources when I filed and it took WEEKS to sort out the adjudication because they kept asking for more documentation.
That sounds really stressful! At least you got it sorted out eventually though.
