Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Pro tip: keep detailed records of all your calls, emails, and submissions. It's saved my butt more than once when dealing with PFL claims. Also, don't be afraid to escalate to a supervisor if you're not getting anywhere with the first person you talk to.

Anyone know if the rules have changed recently? I applied last year and it seems like the process might be different now
They made some changes to the online system in January, but the basic eligibility requirements are still the same AFAIK

Have you checked if theres any updates or letters from EDD in your online account? Sometimes they send important info there and don't bother calling.

idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out they needed some additional medical info from my doctor. Might be worth checking if there's any paperwork they're waiting on?
