Update for anyone who might have this problem in the future: The payment was reprocessed after 6 business days. The incorrect bank rejected it after 4 days, then ESD took 2 more days to send it to my correct account. I did end up calling ESD (waited on hold for about 2 hours) just to make sure everything was on track. The representative confirmed they could see the rejected payment in their system and assured me it would automatically be reprocessed with my updated banking information. So if you're in this situation - be patient but persistent!
THE ESD SYSTEM IS BROKEN!!!!! This is like the 5th time this year they've had "processing delays" and meanwhile WE'RE the ones who have to explain to our landlords why rent is late!!! Did you know they FINE landlords for late mortgage payments but we're just supposed to wait patiently while ESD gets their act together?? I'm so SICK of this system that punishes the unemployed while the fat cats at ESD collect their guaranteed paychecks ON TIME every week!!!!
While I understand your frustration, the delay is actually due to a system update that will make payments more secure and faster in the future. These technical updates are necessary but unfortunately can cause temporary disruptions. The agents at ESD are working overtime to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
UPDATE: My payment just hit my account this morning! For anyone else waiting, looks like they're starting to process them now. It was about 2.5 days later than normal but at least it came through before rent was due. Thanks everyone for your help and commiseration!
I ended up using that Claimyr service someone mentioned above. Normally I wouldn't try a third-party service, but I was desperate after not being able to get through for days. It worked - got a callback within about 40 minutes.
Quick update - I just got off the phone with ESD (yes, I was on hold forever). They confirmed it's a display issue affecting many accounts and they're working on a fix. They said if you received your payments in your bank account, everything is correct in their system. The representative mentioned they're hoping to have it fixed by next week.

I've literally had NOTHING but problems with ESD processing claims. Filed on Sunday at 8am like clockwork for MONTHS and still had random delays. Sometimes Monday, sometimes Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday! No explanation ever given. Their system is GARBAGE and completely unpredictable. Don't count on that money until it's in your account!!!
