Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Just went through this whole thread and I'm having the exact same problem. Approved 10 days ago, no payment yet. Going to try calling my bank first then look into that Claimyr service if needed.
same boat here, approved last friday and nothing yet
Update: Bank said no holds on their end. Looks like I'll need to contact Washington ESD directly.
Final update: Used Claimyr this morning and got through to Washington ESD within an hour. There was indeed a technical issue with direct deposits from my approval date. Agent manually processed my payment and I should receive it tomorrow. Thanks everyone for the help, especially whoever mentioned Claimyr first!

Whatever you decide, don't let anyone pressure you into stopping your unemployment benefits until you have something else lined up. You need income to survive while all this gets sorted out.
Smart move. Just be honest about your situation with both agencies.

Make sure when you apply that you answer all the questions accurately, especially about why your hours were reduced. Washington ESD will verify with your employer so don't try to embellish or anything.
