Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Yeah, saved me a lot of frustration trying to get through on my own.
The key thing is that Washington ESD has to prove you committed misconduct, not the other way around. Being occasionally late isn't necessarily misconduct unless it was excessive or you ignored direct warnings to improve.
That's good to know. I only had two verbal warnings over several months, and I did try to improve after each one.
That shows good faith effort on your part. Document that when you file your claim.

One thing nobody mentioned - if you have any questions after filing your initial claim, definitely try calling Washington ESD. But like others said, it's almost impossible to get through. I spent literally days trying to reach someone before I discovered that Claimyr service. Game changer for actually talking to a real person at Washington ESD.
I'm hoping I won't need to call but good to know there are options if I do.

The good news is that $844 per week is pretty decent for unemployment benefits in Washington. Some states are way lower. Just make sure you're meeting all the requirements to keep getting it.
