Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Last tip - sign up for direct deposit when you file your claim. It's much faster than waiting for a debit card to arrive in the mail. You can get your benefits 1-2 days sooner with direct deposit.

One more thing about Claimyr - I used it last month when my claim got stuck in adjudication and I needed to speak with someone urgently. For anyone still struggling to reach Washington ESD by phone, I finally got through using Claimyr after weeks of trying on my own. The service connected me directly to an agent who was able to explain exactly why my claim was delayed and what additional information they needed. Worth checking out their website at claimyr.com if you're stuck like I was.
Did the agent give you a timeline for when your claim would be processed after you provided the additional information?
They said 2-3 weeks once I submitted the documents they needed. Much better than the 'indefinite wait' I was dealing with before.
Just got off the phone with Washington ESD (finally!) and the agent confirmed they're seeing record numbers of claims. She said they're working overtime and weekends but still can't keep up with demand. At least they're aware of the problem and trying to address it.
I used a callback service that kept trying for me automatically. Took about 3 hours but eventually connected.
