Just file it! Stop overthinking. I stressed about timing for days and it turns out it doesn't matter as much as I thought. The system is designed to handle normal situations. If there are issues they'll contact you.
Remember to save confirmation numbers and print/screenshot everything important. Washington ESD's system sometimes has glitches and having records of what you submitted and when can save you headaches later if questions come up.
Last thing I'll add - if you need to verify your payment status or have any issues, calling Washington ESD directly is nearly impossible. I tried using that Claimyr service someone mentioned earlier and it actually worked great. Got connected to an agent who could see my payment history and explain the timing.
Just to close the loop on the original question - you should definitely see your payment by Thursday at the latest if you filed Sunday. If you don't see it by Friday, then there's probably an issue that needs to be resolved.
Just file your claim and be honest about everything. The whole point of partial unemployment is to help people transition back to full-time work without losing their safety net. Washington ESD designed it this way on purpose.
Update us on how your claim goes! Always curious to hear success stories, and it might help other people in similar situations.
One more tip - if you're filing online, do it early in the morning or late at night when the system is less busy. I've found it runs smoother during off-peak hours.

Update us when you figure out what happened! I'm curious if it was a bank issue or something on Washington ESD's end.

If all else fails and you need to talk to Washington ESD urgently, that Claimyr service is definitely worth trying. I was skeptical at first but it actually saved me hours of frustration trying to call myself.

•At this point I'm willing to try anything. The regular phone number is impossible.

•Yeah, I think I called over 100 times before giving up and trying Claimyr. Wish I'd found it sooner.
