Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Actually used Claimyr myself a few months ago when I needed to talk to someone about my wage base period. The service got me connected pretty quickly and the Washington ESD rep was able to explain exactly how they calculated my benefits using my gross quarterly wages. Worth checking out if you need to speak with someone directly.
How quickly did they get you connected? I've been trying to call Washington ESD for days.

Glad we could help clarify things! The Washington ESD website also has a benefits calculator tool that can give you an estimate of your weekly benefit amount if you want to see what you might receive.
Final tip for the OP - when you do apply, make sure you have all your employment information handy including employer names, addresses, dates of employment, and reason for separation. Having everything organized will make the application process much smoother.

For what it's worth, I switched from a big bank to a local credit union specifically because of slow unemployment deposits. Now I get my Washington ESD payments Tuesday morning like clockwork.
Which credit union? I'm seriously considering switching after this experience.

Been through this process twice now and the key thing is just to file even if you're not 100% sure you qualify. Let Washington ESD make the determination rather than talking yourself out of it.

Also worth noting that if you're still working part-time you might qualify for partial unemployment benefits. You don't have to be completely unemployed to get some help.
