If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Just wanted to chime in as someone who recently went through this! I got the same ID.me verification email about 2 weeks ago and was super suspicious at first too. But it's definitely legit - TWC really does use ID.me now for identity verification. A few things that helped me: Make sure you have good wifi connection before starting, have your driver's license ready, and do it when you have about 30 minutes of uninterrupted time. The facial recognition part was actually kind of fun once I got over being nervous about it! My verification was approved within a few hours and my TWC account updated the next day. Don't let the horror stories scare you too much - most people get through it just fine, they just don't post about smooth experiences as much as the problematic ones. You've got this!

Thank you so much for the encouragement! You're absolutely right that we tend to hear more about the problems than the smooth experiences. It's really reassuring to hear from someone who just went through it successfully. I like your point about having a good wifi connection - I hadn't thought about that but it makes sense that a spotty connection could cause issues during the verification process. I'm going to set aside some time this weekend when I can focus on it without distractions. Really appreciate you taking the time to share the positive perspective!

I went through the ID.me verification process about a month ago and wanted to share my experience since I see you got some great advice already! The whole thing took me about 25 minutes from start to finish. One thing that really helped was making sure I was in a well-lit room - I tried doing it initially in my dim kitchen and the facial recognition kept failing. Once I moved to a room with better lighting, it worked perfectly on the first try. Also, don't panic if the system seems to hang for a minute or two during processing - that's normal. I thought it had crashed but it was just working through the verification. My TWC account showed the update within about 36 hours after completing ID.me. The key is just being patient with the process and having all your documents ready before you start. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your experience! The lighting tip is really helpful - I definitely wouldn't have thought about that affecting the facial recognition. It's good to know the system might hang for a bit during processing too, since I probably would have panicked and refreshed the page or something. Really appreciate everyone in this thread sharing their experiences and tips. It's making what seemed like a scary process feel much more manageable!

" Null typically appears when'there s missing or incomplete information in your claim system. This could mean your payment request is pending review,'there s missing documentation, or the system'hasn t processed your latest information yet.'I d recommend checking your account for any required actions or outstanding issues that need to be resolved. If everything looks complete on your end, definitely call for clarification as Felicia suggested - they can see exactly'what s causing the null status in your specificcase.

This is really helpful, Amina! I've been seeing "null" status on my payment request too and wasn't sure what it meant. I'll check my account for any missing documents or pending actions before calling. Did you have this issue before, and if so, how long did it typically take to resolve once you submitted any missing information?

0 coins

I experienced the "null" status last month and it was frustrating! In my case, it turned out needed me to verify my identity through their ID.me system even though I thought I had already done that during initial registration. Once I completed the additional verification, the null status cleared within 2-3 business days and my payments resumed normally. I'd also suggest checking if there are any work search requirements you might have missed - sometimes a null status can indicate incomplete weekly certifications. The key is logging into your account and looking for any red flags or notifications in your dashboard before calling.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Victoria! The ID.me verification issue is something I hadn't considered. I'm actually dealing with a null status right now and have been stuck for over a week. Did you get any notification that additional ID verification was needed, or did you just have to figure that out by exploring your account? Also, when you say "red flags or notifications in your dashboard" - are these usually pretty obvious or do you have to dig around to find them? I want to make sure I'm not missing something simple before I spend hours on hold trying to reach someone at TWC.

For anyone still struggling with ID.me email issues, another workaround I discovered is to temporarily disable any email filtering or security software you might have running. Sometimes antivirus programs or email security filters block automated emails from services like ID.me without sending them to spam - they just disappear completely. I had to pause my email security for about 10 minutes, then request the password reset, and the email came through immediately. Just remember to turn your security back on afterward! Also worth checking if your email provider has any "block suspicious emails" settings that might be interfering.

0 coins

That's a really smart tip about the email security software! I never would have thought of that. It's crazy how many different things can interfere with getting these verification emails. Between the timing issues, email provider blocking, and now security software - it's like a minefield just trying to access your own account. Thanks for sharing that workaround, I'm sure it'll help people who are still stuck!

Just want to add another potential solution for anyone still having this issue - if you're using a custom domain email (like [email protected]), that might be part of the problem too. I had the same issue with ID.me emails not coming through on my business email, but they worked fine when I switched to a mainstream provider like Gmail or Yahoo. Something about how ID.me's email system interacts with smaller mail servers seems to cause delivery problems. If you absolutely need to use your custom domain email, try reaching out to your email hosting provider - sometimes they can whitelist specific sending domains on their end. But honestly, the path of least resistance is just using Gmail or Yahoo for government stuff like this. Frustrating that we have to jump through these hoops, but at least there are workarounds!

I just went through this exact situation last month in Mesquite (Dallas area) and wanted to share my experience to hopefully help ease your stress! My ReliaCard took exactly 6 business days from when my first payment was processed to when it arrived in my mailbox. Here's what I learned that might help you: - The card comes in a completely plain white envelope that honestly looks like junk mail - just tiny "US Bank" text in the corner - You can call US Bank at 1-800-657-6343 to check on shipping status, they're way more helpful than TWC - Once it arrives, you can use it immediately at ATMs even while still doing the phone activation - USPS Informed Delivery is a lifesaver for tracking what mail is coming each day Since your first payment processed yesterday and you're in Dallas, you'll likely get it by early next week. That should work for your rent deadline! I'd definitely recommend calling your landlord now rather than waiting - I did this and they were totally understanding about the delay. The waiting is nerve-wracking but Dallas area mail delivery is pretty reliable. You've got this! Keep checking every piece of mail carefully and don't throw away those plain white envelopes. Good luck! 🤞

This is so reassuring to hear from someone in Mesquite! 6 business days would be absolutely perfect for my timeline. I really appreciate you confirming that Dallas area delivery tends to be reliable - that gives me a lot more confidence. I just signed up for USPS Informed Delivery earlier today after seeing so many people recommend it, and I can already tell it's going to help with my anxiety about checking the mailbox constantly. You're absolutely right about calling the landlord proactively - I finally did that this afternoon and they were completely understanding about the potential delay. It's such a weight off my shoulders! I'm definitely going to call US Bank tomorrow morning to check on the shipping status. Thanks for taking the time to share such detailed and encouraging information from the Dallas area - it really helps to know what to expect from someone who just went through this exact same situation! 🙏

I'm currently in the exact same boat as you! Just got my TWC approval 4 days ago and my first payment was processed yesterday too. The timing stress is so real when you have rent due - I've been reading through all these responses and it's both comforting and nerve-wracking to see the range from 5 days to 3 weeks! Based on everyone's Dallas area experiences here, it sounds like 6-8 business days is pretty typical for our metro area, which would put us right around next Tuesday/Wednesday. I just called US Bank at that 1-800-657-6343 number that everyone mentioned and they confirmed my card was mailed today - way more helpful than trying to get through to TWC! Also signed up for USPS Informed Delivery after seeing it recommended so many times in this thread. Already feeling less anxious knowing I can track what's coming each day instead of obsessively checking my mailbox. The proactive landlord call advice is spot on too - just got off the phone with my property manager and they were totally understanding about a potential few-day delay. Such a relief to get that conversation over with! Fingers crossed we both get our cards on the faster end of that timeline. Keep us posted when yours arrives - it'll be a good indicator for the rest of us waiting! 🤞

I'm in week 23 of my claim and this whole discussion has been incredibly enlightening! Like so many others here, I was completely confused by the TWC website about what happens with the waiting week when you exhaust benefits. Reading through everyone's real experiences has been such a relief - it's clear that you just submit your regular payment request and the system automatically recognizes when you're eligible for the waiting week upon exhaustion. The consistent 5-7 business day processing timeline that everyone mentions is really helpful to know. It's amazing how much clearer this community makes things compared to the official TWC documentation. For anyone else approaching benefit exhaustion, it sounds like the key is just to treat it like any other payment request - same portal, same work search requirements, and let the system handle the rest. Thanks to everyone who shared their experiences, especially those who recently went through this process. It's such a weight off my shoulders knowing that waiting week payment will still be there!

I'm so glad this thread has been helpful for you too! Week 23 is exactly when you need this information most. I was in your exact position about 8 months ago and had the same anxiety about the waiting week situation. The TWC website really leaves people hanging when it comes to this specific scenario. What's great is that you've now got all the real-world confirmation you need from people who actually went through it. Just remember - regular payment request process, keep up with your work search activities, and expect that 5-7 day processing window instead of the usual timeframe. The system truly does handle everything automatically when you're exhausting benefits, so you don't need to stress about missing any special steps. It's such a relief when you realize it's much simpler than the confusing official documentation makes it seem. You're well-prepared now with all this community knowledge!

I'm currently in week 21 of my claim and have been absolutely dreading this exact situation! This thread has been such a lifesaver - I was starting to panic thinking I might lose out on that waiting week payment when my benefits run out in a few weeks. The TWC website is so unclear about what happens when you exhaust benefits versus returning to work. Reading through everyone's experiences here has given me so much confidence that the process is actually straightforward. It's reassuring to know that multiple people have successfully received their waiting week payments just by submitting the regular payment request when exhausting benefits. The 5-7 business day processing timeline that everyone consistently mentions is really helpful to know too - I would have been checking my account obsessively after 2-3 days otherwise! Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their real experiences. This community is so much more helpful than trying to decipher the confusing official TWC information alone. I feel so much more prepared now knowing exactly what to expect when I reach that final payment request!

I completely understand that feeling of dread! I was in week 20 when I first started worrying about this same situation. The uncertainty really gets to you when you're already stressed about job hunting. But you're absolutely right that this thread has been a game-changer - having real experiences from people who actually went through the process makes all the difference. The TWC website really fails people in these specific scenarios. What helped me the most was realizing that so many people have successfully navigated this exact situation using just the regular payment request process. That consistent 5-7 day timeline everyone mentions is definitely worth knowing - saves you from the anxiety of wondering why it's not showing up in the usual timeframe! You're definitely well-prepared now with all this community knowledge. It's such a relief to know that waiting week money will be there when you need it most, right at the transition point when regular benefits end. Hang in there with the job search too - you've got a few more weeks of benefits plus that waiting week to help bridge things!
