Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Just wanted to chime in as someone who went through this exact nightmare last year! My employer also tried to claim I quit when I was clearly laid off during downsizing. The whole process took about 3.5 weeks, but I got approved once they reviewed all my documentation. A few things that helped me: 1) I kept a detailed log of every interaction with my employer leading up to the layoff, 2) I saved screenshots of any company communications about restructuring, and 3) I contacted my former coworkers who were also laid off to see if they'd be willing to provide statements if needed (I didn't end up needing them but it was good to have as backup). The waiting is absolutely brutal especially when bills are due, but hang in there! Your documentation sounds solid and the fact that you have multiple pieces of evidence (termination letter, supervisor texts, company email) puts you in a really strong position. Also definitely keep filing those weekly claims - I almost forgot one week and it would have been a huge hassle to fix later. Rooting for you!

I was being selective about what I thought was "important enough" but you're right - better to give them too much evidence than not enough. The detailed statement idea is great too, I hadn't thought about writing out a chronological account with specific dates and names. Quick question - when you wrote your statement, did you submit it through the document upload portal or did you include it in one of those message boxes when filing your weekly claim? UPDATE: I called Money Network directly using the number someone posted here. Turns out my card was sent to an old address even though I updated my address with UC! They're sending me a new one with expedited shipping that should arrive by Monday. Thanks everyone for your help!

UPDATE: We finally got through to someone! My husband tried the Claimyr service that was suggested here and got connected to a UC rep in about an hour. The rep said there was a backlog of PIN mailings and verified his identity over the phone, then helped him set up a temporary PIN so he could file while waiting for the mail. He was able to file for all the missed weeks too. Such a relief! Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions!
