Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Ugh, I remember my first time applying. It was a nightmare! The website kept crashing, the phone lines were always busy. I swear, it's like they make it hard on purpose to discourage people. 🙄

Careful with lawyers, they might take a big chunk of your backpay. Maybe try contacting your local representative first?
