Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Listen up everyone - heres what actually works. I used to work for the unemployment office. The phone system is overwhelmed but there ARE ways to get through: 1. Best times to call are Tuesday-Thursday (avoid Mondays!) 2. Try between 10:30-11:30am or 2:30-3:30pm when lunch shifts change 3. Have all your info ready when you call 4. If you need immediate help, use claimyr.com - yes it costs money but it works 5. Keep detailed records of all your call attempts Dont give up, eventually youll get through!
