Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Serious question - has anyone had luck with the callback system? I requested one like 2 weeks ago and still nothing.
I got a callback... 3 months after I requested it. By then I had already figured out my issue. 🤦♂️
Pro tip: when you get the callback, if you miss it, you go right back to the end of the line. Keep your phone glued to your hand!
