If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

I would caution against assuming there's a problem just yet. The IRS processing times have been... unpredictable in recent years. While most returns might process within the standard 21-day window, many perfectly fine returns take longer, especially during peak filing season. It might be worth checking your transcript if possible, though sometimes even that shows nothing until processing is complete. The mortgage interest and property tax deductions probably aren't causing delays unless there's a significant mismatch with what your lender reported.

Same situation here. Filed Feb 12. Accepted same day. Still one bar. Called yesterday. Agent said return looks fine. No flags. Just backlogged. Said to wait another week. Transcript finally updated today. Shows refund coming next Wednesday. Hang in there.

Based on the 2024 filing patterns I've been tracking since January 29th, Chime and other online banks are consistently releasing funds 1-3 days before the official DDD. I received my own refund on February 14th despite having a DDD of February 16th. If you have a traditional bank, expect the funds on your actual DDD, not before. The trace number appears approximately 24-36 hours before the deposit hits your account.

I've seen this happen with multiple online banks, not just Chime. Last year I had my refund go to Current and it arrived 2 days early. The year before that I used Cash App and it was 1 day early. It's definitely a feature of these fintech banks, not just luck or coincidence. Has anyone tried Varo this year? I'm wondering if they're also releasing funds early like they did last tax season.

Does anyone know if this applies to amended returns as well? I filed my original return on February 15th but had to submit an amendment on March 10th. Should I expect the same timeline, or does the amendment restart the clock entirely?

When you filed your amendment, did you receive any acknowledgment from the IRS? I'm in a similar situation and wondering what to expect.

I amended my return last year on March 5th after filing the original in February, and it took exactly 16 weeks to process. The IRS says to allow up to 20 weeks for amended returns, and in my experience, they use most of that time.

Let me clarify something important about these deposit dates. The DDD on your transcript is the date the IRS releases the funds, not necessarily when you'll see it in your bank account. Depending on your financial institution, it could be same-day or take up to 5 business days. This is different from tax returns filed in January, which often process faster because the volume is lower compared to February filings.

This is really helpful information! I was wondering why there seemed to be a discrepancy between when people report getting their refunds versus the dates on their transcripts.

If the DDD falls on a weekend, does the IRS release funds on the Friday before or the Monday after? Anyone have experience with this?

SUCCESS! Filed 2/14, transcript updated today with DDD of 4/9! For anyone still waiting, I highly recommend checking your transcript instead of WMR. My WMR still shows only the first bar, but transcript has all the details including the 846 code with the direct deposit date. According to the r/IRS megathread, most 2/14-2/16 filers are seeing updates this week. Check https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript if you haven't already!

I filed exactly on February 15th at 10:23am and have been checking WMR exactly every 4 hours. My transcript just updated today with a 571 code and an 846 code with a date of 04/10/2024. Does this mean I'm getting my refund on April 10th? The amount shows $4,328 which matches what I was expecting.

Let me clarify a few things about SBTPG date changes for everyone: • The initial date (2/26) is the IRS official direct deposit date • The updated date (2/25) is when SBTPG has received your funds and is processing them • Chime users typically see deposits 24-48 hours earlier than traditional banks • SBTPG must first: - Receive the funds from IRS - Deduct any tax preparation fees - Process the remainder to your bank I understand how stressful this waiting period can be, especially after a divorce when finances are already complicated. The date change is generally a positive sign, but the exact timing of when Chime makes it available can vary throughout the day.

My SBTPG date changed from 2/12 to 2/11 last week, and my Chime deposit hit at 1:42pm on 2/11! Did your WMR status also update to show the refund was sent? And have you checked your transcript to see if there are any codes that might explain the date change? I was checking my bank account literally every hour that day because I was so anxious about it arriving early.
