Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

So glad you got it fixed! Just FYI it usually takes 24-48 hours for the verification to be processed by DEO after you complete it with ID.me. Don't panic if your claim still shows "on hold" tomorrow.

This thread is so helpful! I'm dealing with the exact same issue right now - back of ID scans fine but front camera won't initialize. Going to try the suggestions about closing other apps that might be using the camera. It's crazy how these tech issues always seem to happen when you're already stressed about money. The IdentityTheft.gov suggestion is really smart - I hadn't thought about creating a federal record but that makes total sense for adding weight to the investigation. I definitely need to change my email password too - you're absolutely right that they probably got in through email first. One thing I'd add that helped when my mom dealt with a similar situation: if you're getting nowhere with the regular DEO channels, try contacting your state senator or representative's office directly. Most have dedicated staff who handle constituent issues with state agencies, and they often have direct phone numbers that bypass the regular customer service queues. Also, when you do get through to someone at DEO, ask them to email you a summary of your conversation and case details. Having written confirmation of what was discussed and what steps they're taking can be really helpful if you need to escalate later. Yes, when you're viewing your payment history, look for a small printer icon in the upper right corner of the payment table. Click that, and it will give you options to print or save as PDF. There's also sometimes an export button that lets you save as Excel, but it's not always available depending on which part of the system you're in.

Just wanted to add that if you're still having trouble finding your payment history, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for the CONNECT site first. I had issues where certain sections wouldn't load properly until I did that. Also, the payment history sometimes takes a few seconds to load completely, so don't click away too quickly if it looks blank at first. The system can be really slow during peak hours (usually Monday mornings and around 5pm when everyone gets off work).

So happy to see this update! After 5 months of waiting, you definitely deserved some good news. I'm currently in week 3 of adjudication myself and posts like this give me hope that there's light at the end of the tunnel. This is such great news to see! I'm currently in week 6 of adjudication and stories like yours give me hope that the system does eventually work (even if painfully slowly). The 5-month wait you went through sounds absolutely brutal - I can't imagine the stress of borrowing money just to keep utilities on. Update: I finally got through to DEO this morning (called right at 7:30am and waited 45 mins). The rep told me my pending issue is a 'wage verification' problem because my previous employer reported different quarterly wages than what I claimed. They said this requires adjudication but she marked it for 'expedited review' since it's been pending so long. She said to expect 7-10 more business days. I'm not holding my breath based on everyone's experiences here, but at least I know what the issue is now. Will try the 72-hour supervisory review request too if nothing happens in a week. Thanks for all the advice everyone!

That's progress! Wage verification issues are actually easier to resolve than separation disputes, so there's hope. Make sure you have pay stubs or bank statements showing your deposits ready to upload if they request them. And definitely follow up with that 72-hour review request if nothing happens by next Friday. Fingers crossed for you!

Hey @KingKongZilla - glad you finally got some answers! I went through something similar last year and the wage verification issue took about 3 weeks total once they actually started working on it. The "expedited review" marking does help - it puts you in a slightly faster queue. One thing that helped me was uploading my W-2 and final paystub from that employer to the document section in CONNECT, even though they didn't specifically ask for it. Sometimes the adjudicators can resolve wage discrepancies faster when they have your documentation right there instead of having to request it separately. Also keep an eye on your employer's response in the system - sometimes the wage difference is just a reporting error on their end that gets corrected quickly. Hoping you see movement soon!

Thanks for the tip about uploading documents proactively! I actually have all my paystubs and W-2 from that job, so I'll upload them to CONNECT today.
