Have you checked if your claim is still active? Sometimes they close it without notifying you and you have to reopen it. Happened to me and I lost out on weeks of payments 😭
Unpopular opinion: maybe try going to an EDD office in person? I know it's a pain, but sometimes face-to-face is the only way to get answers.
This whole situation is so messed up. We're already dealing with health issues, and now we gotta fight just to get the benefits we're entitled to? The system is broken, man. 😤
Here's what I've learned from my experience with SDI: 1. Be persistent. Call every day if you have to. 2. Keep a log of all your calls and who you spoke to. 3. Make sure all your medical documentation is up to date and submitted. 4. Check your online account regularly for updates. 5. If you're really stuck, consider reaching out to your state representative or even local media. 6. Join Facebook groups or forums dedicated to SDI issues. Sometimes you can get insider tips. 7. If you can afford it, that Claimyr service others mentioned might be worth a shot. Remember, you're entitled to these benefits. Don't give up! It's a frustrating process, but stay strong. 💪
have you tried faxing your documents? sometimes that gets faster results than mailing or uploading online. old school but it works lol

Quick question - did you recently move? Sometimes address changes can cause delays. Make sure your address is up to date in the system!

I had this issue last year. Turns out my card was stolen from my mailbox. You might want to check if it was actually sent and possibly intercepted. If so, you'll need to report it to BoA and EDD asap.

•Oh no, I hadn't even thought of that possibility. Thanks for the heads up, I'll definitely look into this!
