Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. The whole system is broken. I've been trying to get my claim sorted for months. It's like they don't even care about us. 😤

Here's what I've learned after dealing with disability for way too long: • Keep a log of all your calls (date, time, who you spoke to if you get through) • Use the online portal as much as possible for updates • If you do get through, ask for a direct number or extension • Be persistent but polite - the person on the other end is probably overwhelmed too • Have all your docs ready before you call (claim number, ID, etc.) • If all else fails, contact your state representative Hang in there, OP. It's a frustrating process, but don't give up!

In my experience, early morning (right when they open) or mid-afternoon on Wednesdays or Thursdays seem to have shorter wait times. But it can still be hit or miss.

Have you tried reaching out to your local assembly member's office? They can sometimes help push things through with EDD.
