Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. I heard they're implementing a new AI system to process claims faster. Anyone know if thats true?
Source? I haven't seen anything about this in the news.
AI systems can indeed speed up processing, but they need to be properly calibrated to avoid incorrect denials. Let's hope if this is true, it improves efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.
Have you tried calling them? Sometimes you can get more info if you talk to a rep directly.
Calling is a waste of time. I spent hours trying to get through last week. Better off just waiting it out.
Actually, I found a way to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's the link: https://claimyr.com

idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue last year. Turns out they had my birthdate wrong in the system which flagged my account for review. Might be worth double-checking all your personal info is correct.

PRO TIP: Si tienes que enviar documentos por correo, usa correo certificado con acuse de recibo. Así tienes prueba de que lo enviaste y de que lo recibieron. Me ha salvado más de una vez cuando dicen que "nunca recibieron nada".

Todo. El. Tiempo. 🙄 Intenta muy temprano en la mañana o tarde en la noche cuando hay menos tráfico.
A veces ayuda limpiar la caché del navegador o usar otro navegador. El sistema es un desastre pero esos trucos me han funcionado.

PSA: Be careful about what info you share online when discussing unemployment. Scammers are everywhere looking to take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Never give out your SSN or bank info to anyone claiming to be from the unemployment office!
