Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. oof, sounds rough buddy. i had a similar issue last year and it took MONTHS to resolve. my advice? patience and persistence. also, start meditating cuz youre gonna need zen levels of calm to deal with this bs 🧘♂️
Have you considered reaching out to a legal aid society? Many offer free consultations for cases like this. They might be able to give you some direction or even represent you if things get complicated.

I heard a rumor that they're updating the system soon to make it easier to resolve pending claims. Anyone know if there's any truth to that?
LOL sure, and pigs will fly. EDD has been promising improvements for years and nothing ever changes.
I actually read an article about this! They're supposed to be implementing some new AI system to help process claims faster. But who knows when it'll actually happen 🤷♀️
guys i think i figured it out. if you press 2, then 4, then wait 30 seconds and press 1, you can sometimes get through to a real person. its not guaranteed but ive had some luck with it

Quick question - when you faxed your docs, did you include your claim number on every page? I've heard that can help prevent them from 'losing' your stuff.

Guys I finaly got through on the phone after trying for WEEKS. heres what I did: 1. Call exactly at 8:01 am 2. Press 1 for English (or 2 for Spanish) 3. Then 1 for claim questions 4. Then 2 for employer 5. THEN 4 for general info Somehow this got me to a real person in like 20 minutes! no idea why but it worked 🤷♂️
