Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Anyone else notice that the EDD seems to be getting worse instead of better? You'd think after all this time they'd have figured out how to handle the volume by now. SMH

This happened to my cousin last year. Turns out there was a glitch in the system that didn't register her switch from unemployment to disability properly. Took forever to fix but they eventually sorted it out. Hang in there!

She had to be super persistent. Called like every other day and eventually got to someone in IT who looked deeper into it. Squeaky wheel gets the grease and all that

Not to be that guy, but have you tried faxing them? I know it sounds archaic, but I got a response within a week after sending a fax. Might be worth a shot!
