When I called through Claimyr and got connected to an EDD rep, they asked for my full SSN, date of birth, full name as it appears on my claim, and my mailing address. They also asked me to verify the date I filed my claim and my weekly benefit amount from my award letter. The whole identity verification process took maybe 2-3 minutes before they gave me my account number. Definitely have your award letter handy since they might reference details from it. I had the exact same issue a few weeks ago! The blank page thing is so frustrating. What worked for me was disabling all my browser extensions temporarily, then trying again. Apparently some ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere with the EDD site's functionality. Also try opening an incognito/private browsing window - that helped me get past the blank page. I'm dealing with something similar right now! The EDD website has been giving me issues for weeks. One thing that helped me was trying to access the site at different times of day - it seems less glitchy early in the morning (like 6-7 AM) when fewer people are using it. Also, if you haven't already, try using Edge browser instead of Chrome or Firefox. I know it sounds weird, but for some reason EDD's site seems to work better with Edge.
