Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. I had a similar issue last month. Turns out, I needed to clear my browser cache and cookies. After that, the option to update payment info magically appeared. Might be worth a shot!

Here's a detailed guide on updating payment info: 1. Log into your account 2. Go to 'Account Settings' or 'Billing' 3. Look for 'Payment Methods' or 'Manage Payments' 4. Select the payment method you want to update/remove 5. Follow the prompts to edit or delete If you can't find these options, try: - Using a different browser - Clearing cache and cookies - Checking for any account restrictions If all else fails, contact customer support directly. Hey OP, just a heads up - make sure you're still certifying for benefits while you wait for a response. I made the mistake of not doing that and it caused a whole other headache. Don't be like me! 😅
