has anyone else noticed that the edd website is always "undergoing maintenance" when you actually need to use it? its like they're trolling us at this point 🤡
I'm starting to think the "IT issues" are just their go-to excuse when they don't know what's going on. Like, how long does it take to fix a computer problem? 🤔
Here's what worked for me: 1. Log into your EDD account 2. Go to 'Contact Us' section 3. Select 'Email Verification' as the reason for contact 4. Explain your issue in detail 5. Submit and wait for a response (usually within 5-7 business days) If that doesn't work, try calling the technical support line at 1-855-327-7057. They're sometimes easier to reach than the main line. Hope this helps!
have u tried faxing ur docs? I know it sounds old school but I heard it can be faster than mail or online submission
Pro tip: if you can't get through on the main line, try calling one of the other departments and ask to be transferred. Sometimes works!

•I've had luck with the general information line or even the employer line. Just play dumb if they ask why youre calling that number lol

•Isn't that kinda unethical tho? Taking up a Spanish-speaking line when you don't need it?
