Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Hey OP, how long ago did you submit your paperwork? I've heard they're really backed up right now due to all the claims from the pandemic.

I had a similar issue last year. Turns out they had my old address on file and all the correspondence was going there. Double-check they have your correct contact info!
