Yo creo que deberíamos organizarnos y hacer una protesta frente a las oficinas. Ya es hora de que nos escuchen y mejoren el servicio!
Has anyone tried reaching out on social media? I've heard some people have had luck getting responses that way.
I'm convinced the whole system is designed to make us give up. Stay strong everyone, and don't let them win! 💪
This whole system is broken af. We need serious reform. Anyone else feel like were just numbers to them?
Hey OP, sorry youre going through this. Quick question - did you receive any notices before they started asking for repayment? Sometimes they send important info to old addresses and it causes problems.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call early in the morning, like right when they open. 2. If you get the 'too many callers' message, hang up and immediately redial. 3. Once you're in the queue, DO NOT HANG UP no matter how long it takes. 4. Have all your info ready - claim number, last employer details, etc. 5. Be polite but firm with the rep you get. It took me about 2 hours of redialing, but I finally got through and got my issue resolved. Good luck!
