Thanks for creating this space, Tom! I've been dealing with some regarding a cruise cancellation from earlier this year and it's been incredibly frustrating trying to get proper resolution from Costa's customer service. Looking forward to connecting with others who might have gone through similar experiences and hopefully finding some helpful advice from the community.

Hi Zara! I'm sorry to hear about your cruise cancellation - that sounds really stressful. I'm new here too but I've heard that documenting everything (emails, calls, reference numbers) can be really helpful when dealing with cruise line customer service. Hopefully some of the more experienced members here can share what worked for them. Hang in there!
