Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. hang in there everyone. unemployment sucks but it's temporary. focus on the things you can control - job applications, keeping healthy routines, using available resources

Bottom line - talk to someone at Washington ESD directly to get official guidance for your specific situation. Don't rely on what worked for other people because everyone's circumstances are different.

Also just FYI - unemployment benefits are taxable income so don't forget about that when tax time comes around. You can have taxes withheld from your weekly payments if you want.

Actually, I had a similar experience with Claimyr when I couldn't get through to ESD about an adjudication issue. The regular phone lines were useless - kept getting disconnected after waiting for hours. Claimyr got me through to someone who could actually explain what was happening with my claim. The 26-week limit seems fair to me. Gives people time to find work without making unemployment a long-term solution. Though I know it's scary when you're the one facing it.

Last bit of advice - if your claim gets stuck in adjudication or you have any issues, don't wait around hoping it resolves itself. Get on the phone with Washington ESD immediately to sort it out. Every day you wait is potentially money lost.
