Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

The good news is that Washington ESD has pretty decent online resources for employers. Their website has calculators and guides that can help you figure out your rates and requirements.
I'll check those out. Online resources are usually easier than trying to reach someone by phone.

Pro tip: if you do get through to someone at Washington ESD, make sure to get their direct extension or callback number. Some agents will give you their direct line for follow-up questions.

Not all agents can give direct numbers due to policy, but it's definitely worth asking if you have an ongoing issue that might require follow-up.
Just wanted to update - I tried the Claimyr service after reading about it here and it actually worked! Got connected to a Washington ESD agent who helped me understand why my claim was flagged for adjudication. Turns out there was a simple documentation issue I could resolve.
How long did it take them to get you connected?
About an hour from when I submitted the request to when they called me back with the agent on the line. So much better than spending all day redialing.

For future reference, Washington ESD usually posts payments between Monday night and Wednesday morning depending on your bank. Direct deposit is faster than the debit card usually.

Yep, the KeyBank debit card can take an extra day or two sometimes.

Don't forget to sign up for direct deposit right away. Paper checks take forever and can get lost in the mail. Electronic payments are much faster and more reliable.
