Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

It s'so frustrating when you re'already stressed about losing your job and then can t'even access the help you need! Reading through everyone s'experiences here has been such a lifesaver - especially knowing that calling 615-253-0586 at 7:30 AM sharp and asking about account "security flags seems" to be the solution that works. I had no idea the system could automatically flag legitimate users like that! Planning to make that call tomorrow morning too. Really appreciate this community sharing real solutions instead of just generic try "clearing your cache advice." It s'comforting to know we re'all in this together fighting the same broken system! I m'completely new to this whole unemployment process too and have been feeling so overwhelmed trying to figure everything out.
