If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

I went through this exact same True ID verification process about 2 months ago and it was absolutely terrible, but I did eventually get through it! Here's what finally worked for me after weeks of frustration: For the photos, lighting is absolutely critical. I set up by a large window around 11am (good natural light but not harsh), used a solid black poster board as my background, and made sure my documents were completely flat - no curves or wrinkles at all. Take the photos straight down, no angles whatsoever. I failed the photo verification 4 times before getting this setup right. For getting through on the phone, the early morning strategy is legit - I called at 7:57am to get in the queue before they officially opened at 8am. It took me 5 attempts over different days, but I finally got through to a really helpful rep who walked me through exactly what was wrong with my submissions. The whole process took about 3.5 weeks from start to finish, but once everything was approved, I got all my back payments deposited within a few days. It's such a broken and frustrating system, but don't give up - persistence really does pay off! Also, definitely keep checking both your regular email and spam folder obsessively. I almost missed a critical verification email that ended up in spam. Hang in there - you'll get through this! 💪

@Mateo Martinez This is exactly the kind of detailed breakdown I was hoping to find! Your setup description large (window + 11am timing + black poster board + completely flat documents is) so specific and helpful. I ve'been struggling with the photo verification for over a week now and keep getting rejections, but I think I ve'been making the mistake of trying to take photos in the evening with artificial light. The 7:57am calling strategy is even earlier than what others have mentioned - that extra minute might make all the difference! It s'really encouraging to hear that after 3.5 weeks you got everything resolved with full back payments. That gives me hope that all this frustration will eventually be worth it. The spam folder reminder is crucial too - I definitely need to be checking that more regularly. Thanks for taking the time to share such comprehensive advice! 🙏

I'm going through the exact same True ID verification nightmare right now and this thread has been such a lifesaver! Reading everyone's detailed experiences and tips gives me so much hope. I've been stuck for about 10 days and was starting to really stress about my rent payment coming up. Based on all the advice here, I'm definitely going to try the natural window lighting + black background setup that seems to work for so many people. I think I've been making the mistake of using my phone's flash, which probably creates too much glare. The 7:57-7:58am calling strategy sounds like pure gold - I had no idea about getting in the queue before they officially open. I've been calling randomly during the day and just getting busy signals or endless holds. @Ethan Moore - hang in there! This community has shown that even though the system is completely broken, people do eventually make it through with enough persistence. We're all cheering you on! Thank you to everyone who shared their step-by-step processes. It's incredibly reassuring to know there's actually a method to this madness and that we're not alone in dealing with this bureaucratic nightmare! 💪🙏

@Yuki Yamamoto I m'in the exact same boat right now - about 8 days into this True ID nightmare and feeling so overwhelmed by the whole process! This thread has been absolutely incredible though. Reading everyone s'specific strategies and knowing that people actually do make it through gives me hope when I was starting to feel completely lost in the system. The natural lighting + black background method seems to be the magic formula that everyone who succeeded used. I m'planning to set up by my living room window tomorrow morning and try the poster board approach. The early morning calling strategy 7:57am (is) brilliant too - getting ahead of the queue before they even officially open. It s'amazing how this community has figured out all these workarounds for such a broken system. We ve'got this! Let me know how your photo attempts go - maybe we can troubleshoot together if we run into issues. Sending you positive vibes that your rent situation works out! 🤞💪

I've been waiting since March 2021 for my Maryland unemployment and this thread has been incredibly valuable! After reading everyone's experiences, I'm ready to try the multi-pronged approach that seems to work best. I'm going to start with the 1-1-3 phone tree method that Evelyn and others have had success with, and I'll definitely keep that detailed spreadsheet of calls like Kiara suggested. I also plan to file complaints with both the AG's office and the ombudsman program - having those multiple pressure points makes total sense. The Maryland Legal Aid clinic info from GalaxyGuardian is going on my to-do list for this week too. It's frustrating that we have to become experts in navigating this broken system just to get money we're legally entitled to, but I'm grateful for this community sharing what actually works instead of the generic website runaround. Going to start making calls tomorrow morning and will update with my progress. For anyone else still fighting this - we've got this! The success stories here prove the money is there, we just have to persist through the bureaucracy to get it.

Your plan sounds solid! I'm new to this community but have been dealing with the same Maryland unemployment issues since June 2021, so I really appreciate everyone sharing their strategies here. The multi-pronged approach definitely seems to be the way to go based on all the success stories. I'm curious - when you start making those calls tomorrow, are you planning to try during specific time windows? I noticed Evelyn mentioned that Tuesday/Wednesday 2-4 PM worked better for the BEACON system, and someone else said early morning calls (7:30 AM) had better success rates. I'm wondering if there's an optimal time to maximize our chances of getting through. I'm going to follow your lead and start implementing these strategies this week too. It's encouraging to see so many people supporting each other through this frustrating process - at least we know we're not going crazy and that persistence really can pay off!

I've been dealing with Maryland unemployment issues since January 2021 and this thread is exactly what I needed to find! Reading through everyone's experiences and strategies gives me so much hope after almost a year of getting nowhere. I'm planning to implement the combination approach that seems to work best: using the 1-1-3 phone tree method, filing complaints with both the AG's office and ombudsman, and contacting Maryland Legal Aid. The detailed call tracking spreadsheet idea is brilliant - I can't believe I haven't been documenting my attempts this whole time. I'm also going to try those specific time windows for calling (early morning at 7:30 AM and Tuesday/Wednesday afternoons) that others have mentioned. It's absolutely ridiculous that we have to become system experts just to get our own money, but I'm grateful this community exists to share real solutions instead of the useless generic advice from official channels. Starting my campaign tomorrow and will definitely update with results. Thank you all for proving that persistence can actually work - knowing others have successfully gotten their after months of waiting keeps me motivated to keep fighting!
