Been checking everyday for my refund advance from Jackson Hewitt. Applied 3 days ago and still nothing showing up in my account. Getting worried since bills are due next week. Anyone else waiting or got approved?

Been waiting 5 days for mine too! Called JH customer service and they said there's a backlog due to IRS system updates. Rep told me to expect it by end of week. Hang in there - at least we're not alone in this! 🤞

•I called twice yesterday and got totally different answers! First rep said 3-5 days, second one said up to 10 business days because of "enhanced security checks" this year. Honestly think they're just guessing at this point 🤷♀️

Applied on Tuesday and got approved this morning! Funds hit my account around 10am. For what it's worth, I had all my documents ready when I applied and my 2023 return was pretty straightforward - no amendments or issues.
