Does anyone possibly know how to check if my TurboTax refund advance account is funded, similar to how Santa Barbara TPG has their own site? I opted for the 5-day early access feature, but I'm somewhat unsure about which bank or website I should be monitoring. I've checked my email and the TurboTax app, but there doesn't seem to be any clear indication of where to track this. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I just went through this last week. Go to your TurboTax account, click on "Refund Status" in your return summary. If you got the advance, there's a Green Dot Bank account created for you. You need to download their app and set up access. Your advance money goes there first, not your regular bank. Don't waste time looking in your regular account like I did for 3 days. Check Green Dot directly.

FYI - if ur still having probs finding ur $, might be worth calling TT directly. Their customer svc can be a nightmare to reach tho (45+ min wait times rn due to tax season). A friend told me about Claimyr.com that can get u past the phone queues. They got through to TT in like 10 mins when it was taking others hrs. The TT rep should be able to tell u exactly which bank/portal to check and might even help u set up access. As of April 11th, TurboTax is still having issues with their refund advance tracking. I spent 3 hours on their customer service line yesterday and finally learned they're using multiple banking partners this year, not just Green Dot. Depending on when you filed and which advance option you selected, you might need to check Credit Karma Money, Green Dot, or their new TurboTax Spending Account.
